Vince McMahon Cancer Rumors: Is He Sick? Illness And Health Update

To begin with, it hasn’t been confirmed through any official reports or statements from WWE Chairman Vince McMahon that he is battling Cancer.

There’s uncertainty about Vince McMahon’s Cancer Status. Still, the abnormal positioning and swollen appearance of the skin on the face probably resulted from a Botox complication rather than indicative of Cancer.

Talking about his illness, although Vince probably doesn’t have Cancer, he was diagnosed with dyslexia, and he reportedly struggled during his school days at Fishburne Military School in Waynesboro, Virginia.

Additionally, he is already 77 years old, and several sicknesses come with aging, which has affected Vince too.

In 2021, several media outlets wrote about Vince retiring from WWE because of his worsening health condition. It was partially confirmed that he was struggling with his deteriorating health; however, he is still in the pro-wrestling business.

Vince lost his Father, Vincent James McMahon, to pancreatic Cancer, but all the rumors about Vince McMahon being diagnosed with Cancer are baseless.

Meet Vince McMahon Family

The WWE Co-Founder and Chairman were born as the son of Vincent James McMahon and Victoria on August 24, 1945, as Vincent Kennedy McMahon in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

During his childhood, McMahon was known as Vinnie Lupton and resided with his mother and several stepfathers for most of his upbringing.

The boxing promoter Roderick James “Jess” McMahon, who was McMahon’s paternal grandfather, hailed from County Galway in Ireland, and his parents were immigrants to the United States.

On August 26, 1966, McMahon tied the knot with Linda Edwards, whom he had met at church when he was 16 and went by Vince Lupton using his stepfather’s last name.

Vince and Linda McMahon have two children: Shane, who rejoined WWE in 2016 after leaving in 2010, and Stephanie, who was active in various capacities with the Company until her resignation in 2023.

They are grandparents to six children; Shane and his wife Marissa have three sons, and Stephanie and her husband Paul “Triple H” have three daughters.
