Leclerc's deal is estimated at a $34m salary, making him the third-biggest earner on the 2024 grid behind Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton.
Norris' contract is estimated at $20m, making him the fourth-highest.
They vastly out-earn their respective teammates - Carlos Sainz ($12m) and Oscar Piastri ($6m).
The significance of the commitment made by Ferrari and McLaren to their drivers it the expectation of a wild silly season ahead of the F1 2025 season.
Hamilton's move to Ferrari has put Sainz out of a seat, and has created a vacancy at Mercedes.
But Leclerc and Norris - who might have been key targets for Mercedes to replace Hamilton - should now be off the market.
That could, in turn, raise the price in negotiations for other drivers who might covet the '25 Mercedes drive.
Leclerc and Norris can expect the numbers reported here to vastly increase with on-track success.
Like all F1 drivers, their basic salary will not include bonuses. So, with race wins or performance, and championships, the pay-day will dramatically increase.
The finances involved in Leclerc and Norris' deals could also change year-by-year, factoring in clauses which may be included.
