So I dropped my beloved Flip 4 and UBreakIFix said it is not able to be repaired. Asurion said they would replace it for 100.00 but it requires a 990.00 deposit. I asked if I could send the phone in first and wait for the replacement, they said no. Is this normal? I thought they were sending out refurbished phones, is that not the case? I don't have 1000.00 available balance on my cc.

Also the upper screen of the phone is not responsive. The tech is going to see if they can make it functional before I pick it up, but I'm doubtful. I have a couple of apps I need to export info from, as the remote back up won't get certain info. Is there anyway to get force access? I know the phone doesn't have dex, but I was hoping for a workaround.
