ADA COUNTY, Idaho (CBS2) — Ada County Sheriff's Office pulled over a driver on Star Road Thursday morning just after 10 a.m. for erratic driving. The driver was later identified as Tyler Marcum.
During the traffic stop, the deputy asked if he could search the truck. After getting permission, the deputy found a small amount of suspected fentanyl and several pieces of drug paraphernalia inside, leading to drug charges.
Marcum is charged with one felony count of Possession of Controlled Substance, one felony charge of Injury to Children and one misdemeanor charge of Use or Possess With Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia.
The misdemeanor charge comes with a $300 bail. The two felony charges are not bailable.
