Is their any difference? Weight, size, capacity, the holes are smaller? What's different?

There's only one such item listed in the DMG, so like with most wondrous items: one-size-fits-all. Any sized character could wear any HHH and get the same benefits; 12 cubic feet or 120 lbs of storage space IIRC. As with a bag of holding, I'd guess the assumption is that you can't fit an item larger than can be fit through the HHH's opening, though unlike the Bag of holding, the HHH has no specified opening size. So it becomes a matter of DM fiat.
